Why Human.School?

Human.School is a development-focused learning experience. It’s unlike any other human resources conference: 100 professionals will experience two high-intensity days of learning and applying experiences to create a full-fledged people ops strategy by the time they depart.

Over the course of two days, attendees will begin (workbook in hand) at the basics: what is this work? Throughout your time at Human.School, they’ll hear from experts throughout the industry in workshop-style experiences. At the end, they’ll have a paper and digital manifestation of their company’s people operations strategy.

Sponsor demo during the program

You'll have a portion of time on either Day 1 or 2 (your choice) of the conference to do something creative with attendees: we have committed to working with our sponsors to design the best kind of interaction for them. This means that you can do anything, really - a mini live podcast, a lightning talk, a pitch or "product demo," a one-act play, you name it. It's a truly different way to interact with attendees because we feel the traditional booth-style interaction isn't enough. We want to work with you to design your time in the best way for you and your company.

Post-conference email outreach

You'll be given the chance to share your messages with attendees after the conference in 3 post-conference emails, one the week after, one month after, and one 90 days after. This allows us to remain in contact with our attendees and allows you to be top of mind! We send our newsletters and emails via Mailchimp, so you'll just provide us with content and we'll share it.

Advert in conference workbook

Our attendees receive a 5x7" workbook/notebook that has all speaker worksheets for each workshop. Additionally, sponsors of varying levels get certain preference for ad sizes - you'll get all or part of a page devoted to an ad design of your choosing. You can either send us an image/content in that size or we can create one for you.
